Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders in 7 - 10 working days. All items are shipped via registered post or by courier and will need to be signed for on delivery. The estimated shipping times will vary according to the postal services of each country of destination. We apply a standard shipping fee of €10 world wide.Custom pieces will take longer depending on the order. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and will let you know the lead time for that specific item. We guarantee that we will do our outmost to ensure you receive your order in the shortest possible time.

Customs and import taxes – Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns: We hope you are happy with your purchase. But just in case, we will accept returns for 14 days from receipt of delivery. 
Please make contact by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of purchase to notify us of your intention to return an item and a return address will be issued.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

We will notify you of receipt of returns and provided everything is in order, we will refund your payment immediately.

Please note: we cannot refund shipping charges unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that you send items by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for items until they have reached us.

All returns must be marked ‘goods for return’. Failure to do this may result in import duties and taxes being charged and these will be the responsibility of the customer.
